In the process of negotiating with many clients, we often encounter a problem regarding the minimum order quantity of the custom product. In our industry, many printed and packaged products, such as PVC bags or EVA bags, are customized. Customized products are not standard or retail products, and there are several important issues to consider:

1. The minimum order quantity for customized materials is high, such as color, thickness, softness, hardness, texture, etc. These materials themselves have a high minimum order quantity, eg, one ton. The minimum order quantity for the finished product will be high. This is one of the reasons why we cannot set a low minimum order quantity.

2. Currently, due to economic and demographic factors in recent years, labor costs in China have been consistently high when producing industrial products domestically. If the customer's order quantity is small, the labor cost will be higher. The order price we are currently offering belongs to wholesale mass production. If the quantity is small, we will not be able to continue providing discounted prices, which will affect the advantages of each chain.

3. When producing industrial products, there will be losses or wastage, especially after going through so many production processes. Each additional process will result in more losses. If the MOQ is too low, it will not only affect the production process, as there is a debugging process for customized products, but also directly affect the factory price of the product.
